Yamil Santoro graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). In academia, he serves as an adjunct professor at ESEADE, where he teaches Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Game Theory, and Negotiation.
In the business field, Santoro founded Elysium Propiedades, dedicated to shared apartment rentals, and Grou.Me, a digital communication agency. He also works as Chief of Advisors in the office of national deputy José Luis Patiño.
Political career

In 2009, he founded the Liberal Party, which later became the Liberal Libertarian Party (PL). This proposal sparked an intense debate in Argentine society, highlighting divisions in the community regarding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Legal dispute with Carlos Maslatón
In 2023, Santoro faced a legal dispute with Carlos Maslatón, who had labeled him a “valijero” on social media. This term, which implies illegal activities, led Santoro to take legal action to protect his reputation.
